Ladies It’s summer! After all those winter extra pounds we all want to get slimmer, look and feel good meanwhile be healthy. Lots of people have already heard of it or have been trying it, or you are beginner in juicing thing. It’s now a big health trend. This green juice have lots of benefits beside being tasty, like boost metabolism, improved immunity, promote weight loss, body cleansing, increase energy, breast cancer prevention, lowers blood pressure, prevents from colon cancer, asthma help, bone protection, Alzheimer’s prevention according to kame project it even supports brain Health and who doesn’t want that healthy looking glowing skin.

For blender I used Vitamix 5200.

Ingredients:

One green granny smith apple, cored and sliced

Celery four stalk large

One lemon

Kales leaves 6 small leaves

One inch Ginger

Half cucumber

Handful of spinach

Flax seed or chia seeds I teaspoon

Two oz. Almond milk or coconut water or milk or plain water

Peanut butter
Directions:

Process all ingredients in a juicer, blend all, you can even add ice cubes if you want.

Health benefits

Lemon – Adding lemon juice to a beverage can help increase weight loss. Lemon juice, being a natural antiseptic medicine, can participate to cure problems related to skin. Drinking of lemon juice mixed with water and honey brings glow to the skin.

Celery calms the nerve because of the high calcium content & helps in controlling high blood pressure. Raw celery should be eaten to reduce high blood pressure.

Ginger – Ginger helps improve circulation to the skin. It is also a powerful cleansing agent that helps keep the skin free of blemishes. Being a warming herb, ginger can help knock out a fever. This property also makes it effective in stimulating circulation of the blood. It can also help relax muscles around the blood vessels and is said to help prevent blood clots from forming. The warming effects make it a natural decongestant as well as an antihistamine, making it the perfect remedy for colds.

Apples – Apples contains vitamins A and C, which prevent sagging skin, as well as copper for brightening and toning.

Kale – Kale contains vitamins A, E, K, C and calcium, which fight free radicals leading to premature aging. Kale is a rich source of organ sulfur compounds, which is great at fighting many cancers, especially colon cancer.

Flax seed – flax seed is contains Omega-3 essential fatty acids, “good” fats that have been shown to have heart healthy effects. Each tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3s. Lignans; which have both plant estrogen and antioxidant qualities. Flaxseed contains 75 to 800 times more lignans than other plant foods. Flaxseed is very high in Fiber.

Chia seeds – Chia seeds are rich in polyunsaturated fats, especially omega-3 fatty acids. Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, Fiber is associated with reducing inflammation, lowering cholesterol and regulating bowel function. Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants that help protect the body from free radicals, aging and cancer.
